Research, Brainstorming & Plan

The lockdown started in March 2020, and all MSMEs felt a dire and compelling need to move online to sell their products & services. Some of them had an online presence, but most did not.

After considering the challenges that MSMEs face, upGrowth devised a pilot program with five MSMEs and worked closely with them. These 5 businesses belonged to various sectors, such as food, beauty, fashion, and education training.

Solutions

The pilot program we conducted worked wonders! All businesses showed at least 2x growth in their revenue. Also, their online visibility and engagement drastically improved.
Based on our learnings, we created affordable social media marketing packages for different stages of a business journey.
