MSMEs have a small marketing budget and lack the know-how to market their products or services online.
The lockdown started in March 2020, and all MSMEs felt a dire and compelling need to move online to sell their products & services. Some of them had an online presence, but most did not.
After considering the challenges that MSMEs face, upGrowth devised a pilot program with five MSMEs and worked closely with them. These 5 businesses belonged to various sectors, such as food, beauty, fashion, and education training.
