You Would Be Responsible For:
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the generation and tracking of leads for the upGrowth client account
- Continually enhance lead nurturing program and optimize the use of marketing automation software(Hubspot/Marketo etc) to not only develop more leads but also higher quality leads with higher conversion rates
- Manage lead reporting, lead scoring models, analytics (in addition to Google Analytics), conversion tracking, performance measurement (of leads), etc.
- Identify/develop digital advertising models and/or lead generation programs that aid in brand awareness and revenue generation
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools that are used in the Demand Generation space
- Organize multiple projects according to deadlines and manages in-house and external vendors engaged in projects
- Develop your clients’ SEO/Organic Growth strategy and a plan to implement it
- Create and optimize content that performs
- Plan and oversee link-building programs
- Monitor and manage technical SEO
- Implement conversion rate optimization
- Create repeatable processes and playbooks

- Build trust, understanding, and “buy-in” from clients and stakeholders
- And ultimately know how to get things done even during non-ideal circumstances, resistance, and adversity
What We Are Looking For:
- MBA degree preferred, preferably in Marketing or related discipline
- A minimum of 2-3+ years experience in a paid marketing role
- 1-2+ years of direct experience with AdWords and related tools/applications.
- Proven experience working with vendors
- Proven experience and success with Demand / lead Generation, SEM, and SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics
- A clear understanding of lead tracking/activity tracking and ROI analysis
- Professional with super communication skills for this remote SEO job
