upGrowth is a leading growth marketing consultancy that helps businesses grow by creating unique strategies for their digital transformation. We are looking for an Outreach and Lead Manager to join our team and help us reach potential clients and manage our leads.
Responsibilities:
Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through outbound emails, events, calls, etc. This will involve creating and implementing effective outreach strategies.
Lead Management: Manage all inbound and outbound leads, ensuring that all leads are promptly followed up on.
Call Setup: Schedule and coordinate calls between potential clients and our team. This includes initial discovery calls and final calls with the founders.
Initial Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. This will involve asking the right questions and gathering key information to help our team create tailored solutions.
Coordination with Founders: Set up final calls for potential client conversion with the founders. This will involve preparing and providing all necessary information to the founders to ensure successful conversions.
Reporting: Maintain detailed reports of all interactions with potential clients, including their needs, feedback, and relationship status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in outreach, lead management, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
